Order Processing

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. If we need to confirm details such as ring size, certificate request, or shipping preference, processing may begin after we receive your reply.

Shipping Method

Most orders ship from Bangkok, Thailand using Thailand Post with tracking. Once your parcel has shipped, we will send the tracking number through WhatsApp or Instagram.

If you would like to use a specific courier or express service, please contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram before placing your order. Extra courier costs, if any, are paid by the customer.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery time depends on destination country, customs processing, postal service speed, weekends, holidays, and local delivery conditions. Tracking updates may take 1-2 business days to appear after shipment.
