Most Halo Jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind natural gemstone designs. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size chosen by the customer, or personal preference after delivery.
When We Can Help
If the item you receive is materially different from the product description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, videos, packaging images, and your order details. Please reach us through WhatsApp or Instagram so we can review the case carefully and work with you on a fair solution.
Natural Variations
Natural inclusions, small color differences between screens, lighting differences, and handmade character are not considered defects when they are consistent with the product description, photos, or videos.
